How do I know which attorney to hire?

There are several factors to consider, but most important is your overall level of comfort with the person you have chosen to be your attorney. One can also go to the ARDC website and see if that attorney has ever been disciplined for his or her conduct or whether or not he or she has malpractice insurance.
